The CFTN is a federally incorporated non-profit organization with an active Board of Directors, Advisory Council, Executive Director and Working Team.org structure

Membership: We are a membership-based organization. Membership is single class, based on individual participation, and is open to everyone. Membership is $15 and lasts for one year. Memberships are renewed annually, through an automatic payment system.

Board of Directors: Are elected representatives. Seats are reserved for regional representatives from BC/YT, AB/NT, SK, MB/NU, ON, QC and Atlantic Canada. Terms are two years. Elections are held at our AGM, to fill a maximum of 12 director positions.

Advisory Council: Is an unelected body, with no set number of members and no length of service. Advisory council members are invited to join by the Executive Director, to help provide guidance and bring expertise.

Executive Director and Working Team: The Executive Director works on behalf of the Board of Directors to run the day to operations of the organization. This means putting in place strategy, hiring the right people, and ensuring the organization has the resources it needs to succeed.
